Jakarta, 16 July 2021 - Bakti Barito Foundation continually makes contributions in efforts to help fight the pandemic. Three units of HFNC (High Flow Nasal Cannula), also known as high-flow oxygen therapy machines, have been donated to help treat Covid-19 patients at Dr Esnawan Antariksa Air Force Hospital in Jakarta. HFNC will continuously supply oxygen to patients at an early stage of therapy. Used manually, this type of apparatus is designed for patients with the ability to breathe adequately on their own. The donation was well received by the Head of Dr Esnawan Antariksa Air Force Hospital, Air Commodore Mukti Arja Berlian.
We sincerely hope our contribution will be able to support the treatment for Covid-19 patients and encourage everyone to keep health protocols in place to help curb the spread of the virus.
